XZ LINEAR TRANSLATION STAGES-Aluminum, Crossed Roller Guide

Linear Translation Stages use crossed roller guide which ensures the high precision and smooth of motion. We manufacture them which is made of aluminum alloy because the weight is very light and they can be easily built in other equipment. Construction is in aluminum alloy and given black anodized finish. Linear Translation Stages allow optical components to be easily moved or repositioned without the need for removal or recalibration. They are ideal choices for use in a number of optical systems.

ST1 ENG “SS” Series are short travel stages for travel ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm. These short travel manual stages offer excellent repeatability and positioning accuracy. They are available in X, XY, XYZ, and XZ configurations to suit various applications. There are various options as in the case of bigger stages. Translation Stages use a number of different methods to achieve movement including ball bearings, rack and pinion, crossed roller guide, or leadscrew.

Our XZ translation stages use high quality micrometer head with 0.5 mm pitch. It provides 0.01 mm resolution. We have three drive positions for customer choice (left head, right head and center).

Warranty

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. We will provide repair service or replacement of parts for free during the warranty period. But we will charge the costs of repair or parts in the case of beyond warranty period.
